Who this covers

This policy covers the website at atlasbsm.com, operated by Atlas BSM ("Atlas", "we"). The Atlas application itself is governed by the agreement between Atlas and each customer, and the data inside a customer's tenant belongs to that customer.

What we collect on this site

• Form submissions. When you request a demo, join the waitlist, or submit a review, we store what you type: name, work email, company, role, phone if you give it, and your message. We record the page the form was on and the time.
• Server logs. Our hosting provider records standard request logs, including IP address, browser type and the page requested, for security and to keep the site running. Logs are retained for a short period and are not used to build profiles.

We do not run advertising trackers or third-party analytics cookies on this site. The site sets no cookies of its own.

How we use it

• To reply to your demo request or tell you when a waitlist spot opens.
• To publish a review on this site, only if you consented to publication and we approved it.
• To protect the site from abuse.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Who handles it for us

Form data is stored with our database provider and notifications are sent through our email provider. Both act only on our instructions. The site is hosted by our hosting provider.

Retention and your choices

We keep form submissions for as long as they are useful for the purpose you sent them, and we delete them on request. Email bhilty@wbswyo.com to see, correct or delete what we hold about you, or to withdraw consent to publish a review.

Changes

When this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. Material changes will also be noted in the changelog.
